Registration is now open for the 2025 Winter session of Rise Above.
The 8 week groups begin on Monday, February 24, 2025 at our Elgin campus. Classes are $15 / session and can be paid online or bring cash/check with you on the first night. Scholarships are available; please contact us for more information.
Anxiety & Depression Support
This group offers a compassionate, non-clinical environment where individuals struggling with anxiety and depression can find support, understanding, and resources. Together, we’ll explore ways to cope, connect, and find hope while you wait for professional care or additional help.
Caregiver Support
For those caring for loved ones, whether due to illness, disability, or aging, this group provides support and encouragement. Share experiences, gain strength, and connect with others who understand the challenges and rewards of caregiving.
Grief Support
Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, a job, a relationship, or another significant change, this group offers a space to process all types of grief. Our community walks together through each unique journey of loss and healing.
