Journey of Hope is a welcoming community of faith, open to all people, all the time. WHAT TO EXPECT
Our traditional Sunday service is a time we share in scripture, prayer and music in hopes of fulfilling our mission to make disciples of Jesus for the transformation of the world. Kids are always welcome to join us in Worship. You’ll find Explorer Bags filled with fun activities hanging on the back of the Sanctuary wall.
Service lasts approximately 60 minutes in length.
Communion is served the first Sunday of every month.
Following Worship join us for Fellowship Time in our Community Room which is located directly across from the Sanctuary. This is a time to connect with friends, enjoy a snack and a cup of coffee.
Sunday School begins at 10:30am. We have a class for everyone — from kids to adults there is something for everyone.
WHERE TO FIND US
We are located on the northwest corner of Randall Road & Highland Avenue in Elgin.
WHERE TO PARK
Our main entrance is located on the north side of the building. You may also enter the building through our Sonrise Entrance located on the east side of the building. Greeters are stationed at both entrances to show you where to go or answer any questions.
WHAT TO WEAR
Come dressed in whatever you find comfortable. Really! You’ll find people dressed in anything from dress slacks and button up shirts to shorts and flip flops.
